Best Western Premier Pasco Inn and Suites

Got booked in one of the worst rooms in the hotel and I booked two months in advanced which was very disturbing since I figure this isn't a hot spot in a fairly low key destination. When I arrived to my room it was filled with noise that sounded like I was directly above or below a heavy duty HVAC system. I left for a few hours figuring it was just a short term issue. When I returned, no change (sigh). I went down to the staff the explain the issue and that I was willing to stay in the room if my rate could be reduced. I figured the white noise would be fine for sleeping. They informed me that I was above the kitchen and the noise would persist until the kitchen closed at 10 pm or so... They also noted that they could not refund me a portion because of how I booked (using third party booking). The lady running the desk completely fixed the issue by placing me a in a mini suite for my five day stay! Talking about going from disappointed to surprised! I look forward to returning to this location again!

Breakfast better than average. Hotel is well kept and clean and has a beautiful design. Spacious room and amenities.

The staff was very friendly to guests and eachother! Welcoming and helpful with all questions. Property was clean, enjoyed our room, breakfast had a lot of choices, lobby was comfortable, bar was very nice as well.

The rooms were ready when we arrived and the staff was super enthusiastic. The food was delicious and room service was so fast! This is our go-to place when visiting tri-cities multiple times a year! They haven't disappointed ever ☺️

The restaurant was amazing! We ordered room service and the food was delicious! The dry sauna was a great way to end the day. Super clean rooms with great space.
